Designed by Master Gardener and retired pastor Bill Swantner, the Gardens at Zion incorporate native plants into Zion’s landscape. Whether you’re walking on the paths or sitting on one of several benches, the peace of this area helps to draw one’s heart and mind closer to God. Happy pollinators buzz around, enjoying the variety of plants.
Sitting next to our Historic Chapel, a large garden is kept by our Junior Master Gardener program. Junior Master Gardener® (JMG®) is GROWING GOOD KIDS by igniting a passion for learning, success and service through a unique gardening education.
